Shipping Policy

All orders above and equal to Rs 499 will be shipped free of cost. For orders below Rs 499 a minimal value of Rs 49 will be charged to the customer as shipping fee. All products purchased from Efancy will be delivered in good condition and the earliest as possible.

This shipping value which we incur for orders above RS 499 will be extracted from our profit margin. 

Shipping Charges

As everyone knows the shipping value varies with respect to different factors such as weight, size (dimensions), destination, shipping partners pricing and policy, mode of transit etc.

We have worked out and fixed an average shipping value for a single delivery as RS 49 which we spend at Efancy depending upon the above said factors. This average shipping value will be used in some places for credit/debit transactions, in situations such as self shipment of returns by customers, order cancellation by customers etc. Also, in some special cases  ( customers will be notified ) we also use different values depending on some special factors. On all such situations, efancy’s decision will be final.

What  is the delivery time for the ordered products?

All orders placed will be processed and dispatched within  24 working hrs in most cases. The total delivery time will be 2 – 4 working days for most of the orders. But in some rare cases, due to accessibility issues of delivery address and the courier partner’s delivery policy it might  take longer to receive the order. Depending on the shipping address, post ordering, this should take 4 -10 days overall to get delivered. On the non availability of certain product , you will be communicated regarding the time period on the procurement of the product. If this period doesn’t suit you, you can go ahead and cancel your order

How can I track my order?

Once the order is shipped the customer will receive the tracking number along with the details of the delivery partner through an email on the registered email id. Customer can  track their order real-time with this tracking number. Simultaneously, the order status gets updated in the “My Accounts” section. 

Does Efancy deliver products outside India?

Efancy does not deliver products outside India. You can place an order on our website from anywhere in the world, however please ensure that the delivery address is within India.

How do I know if my area is serviceable or not?

We deliver almost to all parts within India, but in some rare cases, some destinations might not be serviceable for a certain time period. Please contact our Customer Care at  support@efancy.in to know whether your PIN code is serviceable.

Shipment of returns

Once your return request is approved by us, you have to self-ship your returns, you will be reimbursed based on Efancy Returns Policy.

What will be the mode of delivery?

For shipment of products in Efancy have partnered with various courier partners. Depending upon your location and reach, we also employ other domestic reliable service providers like India Postal Service etc. to deliver your package.

Our special Packaging

We here at Efancy take utmost care in packing the  product ordered by you ensuring that it reaches you safely. We usually follow a double walled packing system with suitable stuffing material in it. So that even at some worst situations, if there has been any mishandling in transit the product will be safe for sure.

General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you through call and/or email. Business days mean Monday to Saturday, except holidays. Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 1-2 Days after the order is placed. Please note we do not ship on Sundays and holidays.
