We here take the trouble to select the products by filtering the average and below average products considering quality, looks, durability and price.

You can place your order only online and make online payments through our secured payment gateway  available.

No, orders are accepted only online.

 We accept Credit Card (both Indian and International), Debit Card, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, Internet Banking, PayPal, Paymate, Done Cash Card and ITZ Cash Card. Your Credit Card details are accepted through the SSL protocol. All transactions are secured,      powered by SSL encryption capable of processing Credit Card transactions insuring that the information is encrypted before it is transmitted.

Yes. Our shopping-cart software runs in Secure Mode on the customer’s browser, using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to encrypt sensitive data such as credit card numbers, pin numbers etc. While selecting products and adding them to the Shopping Cart, the customer is in Non-Secure Mode. After he/she presses the Pay-Now  button, we switch to Secure Mode in order to collect the billing and shipping information. All modern Web browsers support the SSL standard.

You will receive an email confirmation from Efancy.in once your Order is successfully placed. This mail will have all the details related to your order.

All products shall be as per their descriptions mentioned with the image. However there might be slight variation in colour, design and weight etc. due to production batch differences.

 We shall deliver your package within 2- 4 working days. But in some rare cases it might take 4 – 10 days. For more details regarding this refer “shipping policy “.

All your orders are sent through reputed courier partners.

No, we ship all items of an order to the same address only. If you wish to send items to different addresses then we request you to place them in different orders. You can store as many addresses as you want under shipping addresses in your “My Account” section.

You can review the status and other information of all your orders whether pending or fulfilled, that you have placed with Efancy by clicking on the My Account link in our site. This will take you to your My Account page, where you view the status of all orders that have been placed. To view the status of a specific order, click on the Order Number.

Your order passes through following states before it finally enters the ‘ Shipped ‘state:

  1. a) Processing: This is the default status for your order as soon as the order is placed.
  2. b) Processed: Your order/payment has been approved by our payment gateway. We are ready with the product and the order will be executed as per your specifications.
  3. c) Shipped: Your order has been successfully shipped from our end; or
  4. d) Cancelled: Your order could not be approved by our payment gateway or we are not in a position to deliver the goods due to some constraints.

We will send an instant e-mail with the information for the shipment of your order as soon as the order is handed over to the shipping partner. We will also send the tracking number for the shipment so that customers can track their shipment on their own.

In some instances, there could be an item in your Order that may have failed our Quality Check (QC), which is a routine prior to dispatch, and if we don’t have an alternate QC passed item in stock. In such an event you may be sent that part of the Order that is available in stock. But be assured that we will make every attempt to procure the out of stock products unless cancelled by you. In case we are unable to fulfill your purchase we will refund you the payments made towards those products.

The product that you wish to add to the cart, can be the one marked as sold out. This can be added to your wishlist so that you will be informed once when the product is back in stock and available for sale on the portal by mail. Or you may like to have a personalized wish, for a product / category not present on the portal, in such a case you can mail us your valuable suggestion at feedback@efancy.in

All complaints regarding the non-delivery of the partial order or any other similar issues regarding the delivered products should be registered with us within 24 Hrs from delivery date. In case of any queries, you may contact us at support@efancy.in

In case of an unsuccessful transaction where your account has been debited but there is no Order confirmation from Efancy then please send a mail to support@efancy.in with the transaction ID. We will look into the issue as soon as possible.

If you are not updated regarding your order status, you may contact us at support@Efancy.in with your order number. We will immediately update you regarding your order details.

Typically the refunds are initiated within 2 business days of receiving your items. Receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you. Usually it takes 4 to 7 days, but in some rare cases it takes up to 15 days depending upon the bank’s refund policies.
